If Domestic abuse or abuse (whether physical, sexual, financial or emotional) is affecting your life the Centre can provide a safe, women only space where you can find help and support as well as information and advice on a wide range of issues.

We believe in allowing women to make their own choices, we are not judgmental and will offer you sympathetic support in whatever decisions you make about your life. We offer a confidential and independent service.

You may just want someone to talk to or would like the opportunity to meet other women who have had similar experiences.
